Prime Path Development – Saturday Football Sessions: Terms & Conditions



1. Booking and Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking platform.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.
  • Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless the session is cancelled by Prime Path Development.


2. Cancellations and Missed Sessions

  • We do not offer refunds or credits for missed sessions due to illness, holidays or other personal reasons.
  • In the event that Prime Path Development has to cancel a session (e.g. due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), we will aim to offer a rescheduled date or credit.


3. Safety and Conduct

  • All coaches are FA qualified and fully DBS checked.
  • Children must wear appropriate sports clothing, footwear, and bring a water bottle.
  • Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies or additional needs before attending.
  • We reserve the right to remove a child from a session if their behaviour puts themselves or others at risk.


4. Drop-off and Collection

  • Children must be dropped off and collected on time by a parent or authorised adult.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for children outside of their designated session time.


5. Photography and Media

  • Occasionally, we may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes.
  • If you do not consent to your child being included, please notify us in writing.


6. Liability

  • Prime Path Development and its staff are not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to property unless caused by proven negligence.
  • All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure a safe environment for every child.


7. Code of Conduct (Parents & Guardians)

  • We encourage a positive, supportive atmosphere for all players.
  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff, children or other parents will not be tolerated.


8. Changes to Terms

  • Prime Path Development reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to all parents/guardians in advance.
